I paid my initial deposits for the hangar project back in April 2021. The actual building kit was delivered in December, but the plans were delayed until October. In January 2022 we submitted plans to the county planning department, but we didn’t get our permits until July 2022. Two weeks later we finally started the project with a massive dirt infrastructure phase. We had to dig a big pit, refill it with high-quality fill, compress it, and prep it for the foundation.
