- Sauté onions & add remaining ingredients
- Sift Flour w/ baking powder & salt. Make a well in center & add eggs, oil & water. Mix w/ the hands & then knead on a lightly floured board until smooth. Roll out dough on a lightly floured board as thin as possible.
- Cut into 2 inch rounds.
- Place 1 Tablespoon filling into 3 in rounds. Moisten edge of dough and pull together to enclose filling completely form a ball.
- Cook in oven on oiled cookie sheet 350 degrees for 35min.
- Fry in Butter & onions or Boil first and then fry.
