We are planning to build a new house in Nevada near the Minden-Tahoe airport. We expect this to be our summer home and will support Steve getting back involved in soaring. We also expect to build a new hangar at the airport for our airplane and soon-to-be sailplane.
We chose a lot with good views, slope, and in the Canyon Creek Estates neighborhood that adjoins the Genoa Lake “Ranches” Golf Course. Here is a video that Steve took while Nancy was showing Marcie the lot:
