Hill’s Polish Soup

4 C Chicken Broth
8 oz Can Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
8 oz Can of Sauerkraut (rinsed and Drained)
1 Medium Potato (cut in small cubes)
2 Medium Carrots (diced)
1 Small Onion (diced)
2 Stalks Celery Diced
1 lb Polish Sausage (Dice to small pieces and cook at the bottom of the soup pot)
½ lb Chicken breast (Cut to small pieces and cook at the bottom of the soup pot)
2 T Vinegar
2 tsp Dill Weed
¼ tsp pepper
Cook meats, then add liquids. Bring to boil. Next add vegetables and spices. And simmer
On medium for 30 minutes.

Serves 4 – 6.
