Steve's Quest for Sixty Sixties

  • A frightening milestone has recently happened. I achieved my sixtieth birthday. I have decided to embrace this difficult milestone and actually celebrate it by accomplishing Sixty goals that have something to do with Sixty during the course of the year I spend at the age of Sixty.

    So I created a "Bucket List" of Sixty Sixties and tabulating them below. This quest is not unlike a "scavenger hunt" or perhaps a Don Quixote quest. One humorous goal is to be able to look back at this list when I hit 90 and think it was remarkable. :-)

    Some items will be easy and would normally be expected to be accomplished in the normal course of things. Others will cause me to stretch, work hard, travel, or allocate time and resources accordingly. A key challenge is getting organized enough to document each accomplishment. In any case, I hope to execute against this list and record a special year.

    I have made good progress against my goals and will continue tracking them below. Feel free to check back and offer encouragement.
