Hill’s Turkey Rice Salad

In Hills by Steve Sliwa

1 ¼ C Brown Rice and 2/3 C Wild Rice Cooked & Rinsed with cold water
3 Red Apples (Gala) quartered and chopped to 1 in size
2 Celery Stalks finely chopped
½ Bunch Grapes
½ C Small diced pineapple (Optional)
3 T Orange Juice Concentrate (Add more to personal flavor)
2/3 C Mayonaise
12 Oz Turkey Pan Cooked with seasoning till browned. (cut or shredded to small 1 in sizes)
After Rice and Turkey are prepared, mix all ingredients together and service on bed of lettuce.

Serves 6 to 8.
